Mamba acquires Teamo – Fastlane Ventures’ portfolio company
Company Mamba has acquired 100% of the shares of Teamo, Russia’s leading online dating app in premium segment. The deal is the third successful exit for Fastlane Ventures.

We put a lot of efforts into the deal and we are pleased with the result”.
Mamba is developing its own online dating app (Wamba) and is planning to keep Teamo brand and the separate legal entity. “New strategic investor will promote business development by providing access to new traffic sources”, Teamo CEO and Co-Founder Andrey Burin said.
It is a reminder that Teamo, an online dating app for serious relationship, was founded by venture company Fastlane Ventures in 2010.
